The only way the “New Founding Fathers” could pass such a stupid amendment would be through acts of supervillainy. Given that the “New Founding Fathers” are pure evil and likely have circumvented the law to take power, Superman would stop them. The egotistical name alone screams “supervillain.”

However, let us assume that Superman and his many allies somehow didn’t stop The Purge in its tracks. In this scenario, they would be busy minimizing the violence and putting out fires. The Purge does not allow explosives, but because there are no emergency responders, there is no way to enforce the rule. Come election year, the Evil Party would get voted out of office, and seeing as The Purge eventually had the Evil Party lose the election, you can bet that Superman opposing them would mean they would be flat out squashed.
